Camping is free at the Boone County
Fairgrounds if you are self-contained. If you wish to simply
camp and stroll through the indoor and outdoor areas, find a
parking place in the area designated for parking. If you
wish to also sell, find a place on any of the roadways that
permit parking. No area will be reserved and is on a first
come basis. There are facilities to dump waste and electric
and the cost to the Fairgrounds will be $25 each day. If you
simply want electric, an electric tag is required to be
placed on the electric cord and may be purchased in advance
or at the hamfest at the Ticket/Office building. They can
also be purchased from the electrical people who will be
roaming the grounds.
